I had the great privilege of working with Xyolhemeylh Family and Children Services in the Fraser Valley at a two day meeting of front line staff, managers and elders to identify guiding values and vision of the organization. What emerged was a 5m long mural drawing on the wisdom generated over the two-day Open Space hosted by Chris Corrigan.
